This means watch straps must be unworn and cannot show any signs of being removed and watch bracelet must be unworn (no markings or have been adjusted or sized, etc.)
Special ordered watches that are not regularly stocked are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fees: Watches returned showing signs of use, or are without all packaging, stickers, tags and paperwork may incur a restocking fee up to 25%.
Return Process: All returned items will undergo an inspection prior to refunds being processed to confirm compliance of the policy. Watches shipped with a Teddy Baldassarre security tag must be returned with the tag attached. If this tag is removed, the watch will not be eligible for a return.
Return requests must be initiated within 5 business days from the receipt of the package. Requests submitted after will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
Return Shipping: TeddyBaldassarre.com will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the eligible return. Returning items must be scanned by the authorized shipping company and in transit to TeddyBaldassarre.com within 5 business days of receiving the return label to qualify for a full refund.
